Large Format Printing
Services FAQs

We take enquiries for flex, vinyl, transparent vinyl, canvas, sunboard, standee and billboard printing. Solvent, eco-solvent, HP latex and UV options are discussed against the material and requirements of your project.

Flex is a flexible banner material typically planned around a support or fixing arrangement. Adhesive vinyl is a printed film used on suitable surfaces. Your location, display size and desired finish help determine which is appropriate.

Yes. Share your artwork, visible print size and whether you need loose canvas, stretching or a frame. We confirm the available frame treatment and wrap allowance in your quote.

Yes. Send the event wording, artwork, final board dimensions and intended support. Ask us to include any easel, mounting or stand requirement separately.

You can enquire about a replacement print. Share a photo, the stand size and any hardware template so compatibility and margins can be confirmed.

No white-ink or backing requirement should be assumed. Tell us the glass location, viewing direction and opacity you need so the available print arrangement can be confirmed.

Send the service or application, final width and height with units, quantity, artwork, finishing needs, required date and Chennai delivery location. A photo of the display area is useful for surface-based graphics.

A print-ready PDF is a good starting point. Embed fonts or convert them to outlines, preserve sharp logos and share the final print dimensions. Confirm colour settings, bleed, margins and scale with our team before export.

It depends on final size, source quality and viewing distance. Share the original image and intended dimensions. Avoid enlarging a low-resolution screenshot and assuming that increasing a resolution setting creates new detail.

The required allowance depends on trimming, flex hems, canvas wrapping and standee hardware. Ask for the correct production specification before finalising your file.

We confirm timing against the artwork, material, quantity, finishing and production schedule. Share your required date before payment. Call directly for time-sensitive requests; do not assume same-day availability.

Only services explicitly listed in the quote are included. Confirm vinyl application, board mounting, stand assembly or billboard installation requirements separately.

All confirmed print orders require 100% advance payment before production. Review the final quotation, artwork, material, dimensions and finishing specification before making payment.

Our print orders are fully prepaid. We do not offer cash-on-delivery production orders. Contact the team to confirm the approved payment method and order reference.

The price depends on material, print area, process, quantity, finishing and any hardware. A tailored quotation makes the scope clear rather than applying one rate to different jobs.

Check the written quote. Ask us to identify finishing, frames, stands, packing and delivery charges so you know exactly what is included.

Yes. We accept enquiries across Chennai, including South, Central, West and North Chennai, OMR and ECR locations. Share your exact address so collection or third-party delivery arrangements can be confirmed.

Orders can be collected from Madipakkam or coordinated through an available third-party delivery option such as Porter or a suitable local goods service. Share your preferred app, including Lynk if available for your route and load. Availability, vehicle suitability, booking responsibility and charges are confirmed before dispatch.

Vehicle choice depends on the packed dimensions and fragility. A rigid board, stretched frame or assembled standee may need a larger vehicle. Confirm packing and transport before booking.

Flex is commonly used for flexible banners and backdrops. Adhesive vinyl is selected for suitable smooth-surface graphics, while textured canvas is used for photographic or art displays and framing. The right choice begins with the surface, viewing distance and display setting.
